HOUSING SERVICES
Sacred Heart provides a variety of recovery support services in withdrawal management, residential and outpatient levels of care. Recovery support is incorporated and focused on care coordination for both emotional and physical wellness such as: transitioning levels of care, supportive and recovery housing, community engagement, case management and peer support.
Sacred Heart, housing support services specifically provide a successful transition to the community with housing that is safe, secure, and recovery focused. Our housing program provides a variety of supportive services and welcomes individuals engaged in medication-assisted treatment services.
Sacred Heart recovery housing is MARR and NARR accredited.
